Food and Wine festival 2011
Wow!!
What a weekend! It was my first Food and Wine festival and it was the best time EVER!
Spent my weekend at Meatball Madness, Burger Bash, Tacos and tequila and then ended it off with Carts in the Parc. FUN FUN FUN! The food was out of control and the people were incredible! The festival is hosted by and benefits the Food Bank For New York City, fighting hunger in the five boroughs and Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit working to end childhood hunger in America..

They bring in Famous Chefs, Travel Channel, Food Network and Cooking Channel Hosts to host each event. This being said, while sampling all the delicious food I got to bump shoulders with many people that I have wanted to meet for a very long time.
I met Andrew Zimmern from Travel Channels, Bizzare Foods. He could possibly be one of the greatest people ever!
